Details: Jimmy's Beach Bar & Grill is now under new "Ownership" and name change it is back to the original name Playa de Oro Beach Bar & Grill and the new owner ios Brian Wilson and he has done a tremendous change to the quality of food and service. He is going to present a new menu some time in October. He is also servinge Pork Loin Sandwiches, A Made Right (like a Sloppy Joe w/o sauce), and many new items will be avaliable you chould check them out!!!! You will not be disappointed! Details: I absolutely LOVE the Mixed Mocajete. It is a smoldering variety of beans, beef chicken, shrimp, with cactus, cheese, and avocado served in an oven-baked stone pot, still bubbling when you are served. Review Date: 2008-03-10 23:48:42

Details: If you are staying north of town and don't want to drive to town for lunch or dinner, this is a good alternative (especially in the summer as it is air conditioned). Pricing is higher than in town, but the food quality is decent. The cheese fries were good when we went and so was the chef salad. The hamburger wasn't that great. Review Date: 2007-10-09 15:45:59
