Details: Although Kelley's is a golf driving range and not really a restaurant, it is the best place in San Felipe to obtain biscuits and gravy, hot dogs, chili dogs, and polish dogs. The beer is also very inexpensive ($1.50 per bottle as of July 2006). A great place to hang out: buy a bucket of golf balls (they have clubs you can use), have a snack and a drink, talk to locals and visitors, and enjoy the view of the sea. Kelley's is not open in the evening.
